Liza's story begins with a personal decision to change her health, a journey that led to a 70-pound weight loss and a mission to help others do the same. In 2014 she founded LP Fitness Transformation Center at 200 N. 66th Street, Ste. 207 in Lincoln — the city's only Transformation Center — earning back-to-back Lincoln's Choice Awards along the way.
