Day 1 - The Forge "Kyle Auffray"


Kyle Auffray is a former NFL athlete turned entrepreneur, performance coach, and founder of The Forge, a platform built to develop stronger leaders, sharper minds, and more disciplined lives.

Kyle’s path to the NFL was forged through relentless work, sacrifice, and an unshakable belief in what was possible. Competing at the highest level taught him that greatness is never accidental. Nakita Auffray is a former nurse turned entrepreneur who successfully built her own event and balloon design business while raising three children under the age of seven.
Known for her creativity, attention to detail, and passion for serving others, Nakita has transformed a side passion into a thriving business, creating memorable experiences for families, organizations, and businesses throughout her community.

As both a business owner and the wife of an entrepreneur, Nakita brings a unique perspective on the realities of building a business while raising a young family. She understands the sacrifices, uncertainty, and challenges that often come with entrepreneurship, as well as the opportunities and growth it can create.
​
Through her experiences, Nakita shares practical insights on marriage, communication, resilience, motherhood, and balancing personal ambitions while supporting a family's entrepreneurial journey. Her story is a reminder that behind every successful entrepreneur is often a strong partner helping make the dream possible.

"Valerie is an experienced executive with over 17 years of financial management and operational experience as a Finance Director, Us Group Controller, Financial Analyst, and a licensed CPA for public and private companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 businesses. Her industry experience includes manufacturing, distribution, services, and commercial financial services within oil and gas, semiconductor, natural gas, LNG, and financial markets. She is expert at quickly assessing the key indicators that drive success in any business model. Valerie uses this knowledge to help business owners develop processes, systems, and financial reporting that increase cash and drive bottom line results. She has experience working with emerging businesses, financial turnarounds, and businesses experiencing rapid growth.

Valerie is a results-oriented executive who has served as a coach and mentor for the Small Business Association (SBA.gov) and as a fractional CFO for various organizations. She is a progressive leader, operational strategist, and trusted advisor with a record of sound financial guidance in complex settings demanding key business acumen. A driver for operational and financial efficiency who establishes core metrics that optimize team performance and maximize capital position. Valerie earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics at University of Houston, Accounting, and is a licensed CPA in the state of Texas. She also enjoys volunteering to teach financial literacy at The Women’s Shelter."

Catherine Collier is an entrepreneur, community advocate, and operations leader with a lifelong passion for helping both people and animals thrive. Growing up in the dog show world, she developed an early love for canine training and behavior, eventually building a successful business specializing in service dogs, personal protection dogs, narcotics detection dogs, disability assistance dogs, and advanced obedience training.

Beyond her work with dogs, Catherine has dedicated years of service to local nonprofit organizations, helping strengthen programs that support individuals and families throughout the community. Alongside her husband, Chase, she has fostered more than 50 dogs, providing countless animals with a second chance and a path to a better life.
​
Today, Catherine serves as the Event Coordinator and Executive Assistant for Business Empire Builders, where she helps create impactful experiences for entrepreneurs, business owners, and investors. Known for her heart for service, attention to detail, and commitment to making a difference, Catherine combines compassion, leadership, and operational excellence to support both businesses and the communities they serve.

Virginia O'Malley comes from a family upbringing heavily rooted in military service, health care, and entrepreneurship.

With over 20 years in the nursing field between NICU and Operating room, Virginia has seen her share of how life can get complicated very quickly for families and individuals. She has turned this into a passion for supporting, educating, and advocating for families and individuals during some of their most vulnerable and life-changing moments. Because of that, she has become a go-to in her local community for NICU families and Business owners needing aftercare and support with their personalized home care.

When she is not busy with her 2 children and the hospital, she has taken on a new entrepreneurial direction as an executive travel concierge for busy business owners needing to take that burden off their plate.
Day 2-The Rozenberg Group
"Steve Rozenberg"

Steve Rozenberg, originally aspiring to be an international pilot, navigated a challenging shift in his career trajectory when the 9/11 attacks jeopardized his pilot career. Turning adversity into opportunity, he embraced his entrepreneurial spirit and transformed his situation into a multimillion-dollar success story.

As the proud owner and founder of The Rozenberg Group, an esteemed international consulting firm, Steve is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals and regain control of their time and freedom.

Beyond his role as a successful entrepreneur, Steve is renowned for his dynamic keynote presentations. He delivers motivational and inspiring speeches that resonate with audiences, providing actionable steps, business systems, and a roadmap to success. His direct yet hopeful messages engage audiences both mentally and emotionally, instilling a positive outlook and guiding them toward success in various aspects of life.

Despite facing an unimaginable tragedy on March 6th, 2023, with the loss of his beloved son Jett in a motorcycle accident, Steve demonstrated an indomitable spirit. In honor of Jett’s remarkable life, filled with global adventures, martial arts, music, and inspiration, Steve and Renee established the LIVE LIKE JETT SCHOLARSHIP FUND.

This scholarship fund serves as a tribute to Jett’s legacy, encouraging others to embrace life fully and persistently pursue their dreams. The fund specifically supports high school students seeking to enter the trade industry, mirroring Jett’s passion as a welder.

Currently, Steve Rozenberg channels his extensive experience as a successful real estate investor to mentor and guide individuals toward prosperity. Despite the challenges he has faced, Steve remains committed to inspiring, uplifting, and creating a positive impact on the lives of those around him.
Day 2-Built To Exit
"Emily Sisneros, Esq"

Emily Sisneros, Esq. is an attorney, entrepreneur, and strategic growth advisor who helps business owners build companies that are scalable, transferable, and ultimately sellable.
After beginning her career in civil litigation and employment law, Emily transitioned from practicing law to building businesses, founding Canna Business Services and later becoming a Partner and Chairwoman of Built To Exit, where she helps entrepreneurs increase company value, strengthen operations, and prepare for successful exits.
Over the last decade, Emily has advised hundreds of business owners across complex and highly regulated industries, earning a reputation for combining legal precision with practical business strategy. Travel Accommodations
We have reserved a room block at the resort for our attendees use.
Our block rates are good until July 9th, after that it is up in the air.

Air travel is fairly simple, you will need a passport to attend. Steps needed to apply for a passport are HERE
Be aware it can take 4-6 weeks to get a passport.
Flights fly into SJD Airport and we will be assisting with transportation from the airport to the resort and back again as part of your ticket with some limitations. Pickup schedule will be posted here when available.
