Jethro is the owner of No Coast Business Advisors, and several other businesses, providing strategies for buying, selling, and exit planning on businesses. Jethro is a best-selling author and specializes in scaling, relationship building and M&A.
Chase Collier
Chase is founder of QuickDraw Lending and a serial entrepreneur with a tight hold on real estate. Chase manages over $25M in capital while helping others diversify their investment portfolios while creating cash flow with proper risk management.
Day 1 - The Forge "Kyle Auffray"
Kyle Auffray is a former NFL athlete turned entrepreneur, performance coach, and founder of The Forge, a platform built to develop stronger leaders, sharper minds, and more disciplined lives.
Kyle’s path to the NFL was forged through relentless work, sacrifice, and an unshakable belief in what was possible. Competing at the highest level taught him that greatness is never accidental. It is earned daily through preparation, resilience, and the courage to rise when the pressure is highest.
When his playing career ended, his mission did not. Kyle transitioned from the field to the arena of business and leadership, carrying forward the same intensity and standards that defined his athletic success. Through coaching and The Forge, he challenges high performers to raise their ceiling, build unwavering discipline, and lead with conviction in business, at home, and in life.
Kyle believes that every individual has untapped potential waiting to be developed. His work is about transformation. It is about forging strength through adversity, clarity through discipline, and confidence through consistent action.

Day 2-The Rozenberg Group
"Steve Rozenberg"
Steve Rozenberg, originally aspiring to be an international pilot, navigated a challenging shift in his career trajectory when the 9/11 attacks jeopardized his pilot career. Turning adversity into opportunity, he embraced his entrepreneurial spirit and transformed his situation into a multimillion-dollar success story.
As the proud owner and founder of The Rozenberg Group, an esteemed international consulting firm, Steve is dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals and regain control of their time and freedom.
Beyond his role as a successful entrepreneur, Steve is renowned for his dynamic keynote presentations. He delivers motivational and inspiring speeches that resonate with audiences, providing actionable steps, business systems, and a roadmap to success. His direct yet hopeful messages engage audiences both mentally and emotionally, instilling a positive outlook and guiding them toward success in various aspects of life.
Despite facing an unimaginable tragedy on March 6th, 2023, with the loss of his beloved son Jett in a motorcycle accident, Steve demonstrated an indomitable spirit. In honor of Jett’s remarkable life, filled with global adventures, martial arts, music, and inspiration, Steve and Renee established the LIVE LIKE JETT SCHOLARSHIP FUND.
This scholarship fund serves as a tribute to Jett’s legacy, encouraging others to embrace life fully and persistently pursue their dreams. The fund specifically supports high school students seeking to enter the trade industry, mirroring Jett’s passion as a welder.
Currently, Steve Rozenberg channels his extensive experience as a successful real estate investor to mentor and guide individuals toward prosperity. Despite the challenges he has faced, Steve remains committed to inspiring, uplifting, and creating a positive impact on the lives of those around him.
Day 3 - Built to Exit
"Jason Sisneros"
Jason Sisneros is a battle-tested chairman obsessed with the game of business. Sisneros consistently and predictably builds five-percent companies and one-percent business owners. Renowned as one of the brightest minds in business and innovation, Sisneros has worked with Fortune 500 companies such as Nike, Comcast, and Microsoft.
His passion lies in optimizing over 100 small- to mid-cap companies for maximum cash flow or wealth-harvesting exits. Sisneros is sought after by business owners worldwide as a trusted resource for creating competitive advantages for their companies. His proprietary systems, Built To Exit or B2X, have been instrumental in his success. He currently owns multiple businesses, has personally exited more than 26 companies, and has spoken to hundreds of thousands of business owners on stages and podcasts globally.
Beyond business, Sisneros volunteers as an undercover operative and helps fund SERT Ministries, a child sex trafficking rescue unit. Travel Accommodations
We have reserved a room block at the resort for our attendees use.
Our block rates are good until July 9th, after that it is up in the air.

Air travel is fairly simple, you will need a passport to attend. Steps needed to apply for a passport are HERE
Be aware it can take 4-6 weeks to get a passport.
Flights fly into SJD Airport and we will be assisting with transportation from the airport to the resort and back again as part of your ticket with some limitations. Pickup schedule will be posted here when available.
